Here I am.

I have been pretty non existent lately. I feel like my motivation has been few and far between. I have done a lot of thinking and soul searching the past few days and have come to a few conclusions. I will expand more tomorrow since the tumblr app for the iPhone sucks! Anyway, tonight three miles. Slow style!

2 miles

One outside, one treadmill style. I walked a little on both of them. No reason, the weather messed with me a little. On the treadmill I put the incline up a little and did and incline of 8 for a couple of minutes. Yikes, won’t do the again anytime soon! Push ups and sit ups also done.

Yesterday was another good food day but no sort of physical activity. I got to get a grip on myself and find an ounce of motivation. I WILL run tonight! My husband was out of town this entire week which means I was unable to go to the Y in the morning. Next week will be better! No wait, today will be better!

I feel like battling both exercise and eating is more than I can handle. Today eating was good, exercise was not. Tomorrow is a new day.

2.5 miles

Eating was excellent. Today was a win for sure. I also did some push ups- I can do 15 regular push ups when I first started I could do… 0. I have been starting with full body for the first set, then finishing off with knee push ups. Tomorrow, ride bike! Lunch is packed, breakfast is set out. All set up for a Wednesday win!

Do you ever feel like you should post something but nothing is really exciting or different. Eating was good, bike ride was good, logged food, water intake good. Nothing else, carry on.

I have big plans

For this weekend. I have spent the past two days in training for work. Eating and water intact was perfect. I ate out for lunch both days and made good choices. Exercise has been lacking. I will get my ass moving this weekend and start the 100 push app again. Today I will run, tomorrow my bike. Have a great weekend!
